    My dream additions

    in Suggestions & Updates

    1. Ability to trigger a clip in ableton on a given chord. Above each chord you could press advanced mode or something, and a square comes into view above the chords where you can assign the necessary cc message/midi learn thing(?).(not shure about the technicality, best way to do this....)

    2. A stop button. My problem is remembering to hit sustain button again to continue playing chords after a break in an arrangement. For my use its practical that sustain is always on.

    3. Imagine if you could trigger an inversion(s) of the chord you are on in the sequence. This would humanise it further. On a dedicated button.

4.Make a setlist of songs that you can move through with your feet.

    5. This app on a mac. I know it might come true as Apple is working on it....

+1 on the stop button, I always forget to turn the sustain back on after ending a sequence (or I thought I double tapped but I only single tapped) and it's a bit of a bummer to just hear that one-shot sound instead of a glorious ringing pad. Ideally the stop button would stop any notes playing when pressed, and if pressed again (while stopped), it would move back to the beginning to the current progression (i.e., verse, chorus).

The 16 slots can fill up quickly, especially if a user breaks up a song by verse, chorus, bridge and uses available slots to be able to jump around between different verses, choruses, etc. You may be able to just fit 3-4 songs using this process. Would be nice to be able to group chords and name them "Verse 1", "Bridge", etc.

The ability to create a setlist that allows you to transition from one song to another should have been a feature since day one. I am guessing that most users aren't just singing one song, and having to load another song using your hands defeats the main purpose this app was created. It would be great to see an update like this.

How about typing the chord name directly into the Song panel and then working with editing features of the chords. This could speed up entering chord progressions. Also, the ability to copy and paste a series of chords to the end of a line instead only underneath.

    Hey Rune,

Thanks for the great ideas, we will pass them along to our development team.

For number 4: you already have the ability to move through a setlist with your midi controller. You can MAP the Right --> <-- and Left Arrows at the bottom of the app. These will allow you to scroll around the 16 song setlist feature.
